1.Scheduling for the customer
You are able to book appointments directly on behalf of the customer. To ensure a seamless booking, you must collect all required scheduling information before finalizing the entry. Use this method for customers who prefer a more personalized experience or those who may have difficulty navigating digital platforms.
2.Customer self service scheduling
Alternatively, you may provide the customer with the tools to manage their own booking. When choosing this option:
- Share the direct scheduling link.
- Provide a brief walkthrough or instructions on how to use the portal.
Tip for Calls: Always verify the customer's contact information before concluding the call, regardless of which scheduling method is chosen.
